Time is short, so I’m going to get right to the point: I’m writing today to ask all of my volunteers, endorsers, donors, and friends to pitch in to support our campaign in the final week leading up to the June 4th special election.

Here are three ways you can help us win:

1. Contact voters every day through Election Day

Our campaign office will be open every day from 9am to 8pm. Send us an email or call (408) 673-8371 to sign up for at least two hours of phone banking between now and Election Day.

NOTE: We have a limited number of phones available, and we’re expecting quite a crowd this week. If you have a cellphone with some extra minutes, please bring it along — and don’t forget your charger!

If you can’t stand to be cooped up in an office, you can grab a precinct packet and do some door-to-door canvassing.

2. Take the day off on Monday and/or Tuesday

We need all hands on deck for the last two days, so if you can get some time off from work, we’d love to see you. And we can guarantee our office will be more exciting than yours. Plus, we’ll have fresh coffee and snacks!

NOTE: If you’re volunteering on Election Day, please let us know if you can help drive voters to the pollsEvery vote counts!

3. Make a donation

If you can’t spare any time to join us in person, please make one more contribution to help us deliver our message to the thousands of voters who have not yet cast their ballots. As you can see from recent financial reports, we are running a very efficient campaign, so you can rest assured that every dollar you give will be spent wisely.

Thank you once again for your support and encouragement over the past two and a half months. We’re almost to the finish line, but now is the time when we need to double our efforts to make sure every one of our supporters casts their ballot.

With your help, we will do this!
